Old Stampylonghead videos have been appearing on my feed recently. I used to watch him a lot alongside Amylee33 when I was younger. It was nostalgic to rewatch his Quest World videos alongside iBallisticSquid. For a while I explored this rabbit hole again.

Sadly I never made my own imaginary worlds in Minecraft when I was younger. Watching Stampy's videos made me feel like I missed out on a lot. I love the colorful wool buildings he has all over his world. I also think the little plotlines and make believes he parades are really fun. I never really had any of those. I used to play Minecraft a lot in Creative mode and on Skyblock but I don't have many fond memories with it. No colorful wool town, no play pretend or fun storylines. I don't know but surely I would recall if I ever had fun in Minecraft during my time playing it in my childhood but I guess those moments were too few. I do remember a lot of boring and meh moments however.

It was only until I discovered Luvstar when I re-realized what I've been missing.

I watched a few more of her videos and Let's Play series, like her Mermaid series and her more recent Old Skool series, which eventually got me into wanting to play in my own world. And hence, Mirworld!

If you've visited my site before, around 2021, you'd know I had another Minecraft world called Pinkworld. It was a 1.17 Minecraft Pocket Edition world on Peaceful difficulty. I built a few things in it, those I actually look back at fondly, like a hill house and love shrines. I have since deleted the world because I got burnt out. I shouldn't have deleted it, really, but honestly I'm never going to comfortable playing Minecraft on my phone on Bedrock edition.

The video above is a tour of my love shrine that I built in creative mode. You can also find the old page for Pinkworld here.
