Eyes Collection
lu: 15 May 2026Eyeshadow
Since blush is my favorite, I tend to focus less on eyeshadow. Nonetheless, though I'm not trying to build a collection of eyeshadow palettes, I made this page to shower each one I have with recognition.
All the descriptions are relative to my light, warm, muted olive skin tone.
Shades
- Fluff: white matte
- Mist: white glitter with blue reflect
- Clot: cool dark brown matte
- Wisteria: dull lavender matte
- Memories: purple shimmer
- Fleur: dark purple matte
Ok this is another palette that I bought because it made me think of sweet girl Nozomi Kirifuji. That's the biggest reason which is why I'd call this an impulse purchase. I don't have purples in my collection yet so I decided it would be fine anyway.
Most used shades: 2 Mist, 3 Clot, 6 Fleur
Shades
- Still: light gray matte
- Clear: warm light gray glitter
- Zero: black matte
- Tide: cool dark gray matte
- Moon: cool gray glitter
- Redo: neutral red matte
I'm in the throes of my fixation on anime boy Takumi Sumino and I have wanted this palette for a long time—wanted a red, gray and white glitter eyeshadow—when I squinted and realized its color story is a lot like his color palette. I gave each shade Takumi themed names for fun too.
Most used shades: 1 Still, 3 Zero, 4 Tide
Shades
- Lake: dusty teal matte
- Starlight: golden yellow glitter
- Milk: cold beige matte
- Vase: sienna brown
- Moondust: yellow glitter with a sky blue base
- Verdun: olive gray matte
- Altar: maroon black matte
- Cypress: fern green matte
- Sky: black matte base with blue sparkles
This is my first eyeshadow palette that isn't just neutrals. I chose it because it has a wide variety of tones in its color story. It has both cool-toned and warm-toned browns, a black, and blue, green and yellow as its pops of color. Its shades (or this palette as a whole) don't have actual names so I named them because I like this palette a lot.
Most used shades: 3 Milk, 6 Verdun, 9 Sky
Shades
- Latte: tan brown matte
- Glitz: milky brown glitter with a brown base
- Syrup: chocolate brown matte
- Boba: black matte
It's a good neutral brown palette. Glitz is a pressed glitter that has a lot of fallout. I use every shade decently.
Shades
- cream white matte
- neutral light brown matte
- warm brown matte
- neutral dark brown matte
This is my first eyeshadow quad/palette. It's a bit light for my liking but I like the two lightest shades. This quad is most suited for subtle makeup styles which I don't really like. The darkest brown works as eyeliner as long as you don't put on that much brown on the lid which can wash it out.
As of 09 Nov 2025: Mold grew on the bottom left shade. It's unfortunate, but I'm not too sad about it. Then it fell from my desk because I'm clumsy and the bottom right shade shattered. I proceeded to destroy the other shades with a spoon, and I'm planning to keep the empty palette in case I can do fun things with it in the future.
Shades
- off-white matte base with white sparkles (depotted)
- light tan matte base with white sparkles
- dark bronze gold shimmer (depotted)
- coral matte
- peach matte that looks exactly like the coral shade
- silver shimmer with a warm pink reflect (depotted)
- shimmery pinkish coral blush
- gold shimmer highlighter (depotted)
This is an eyeshadow/blush/highlighter face palette that I ended up using mainly as a highlighter or blush palette. I don't like using it for eyeshadow. Its color story is whatever. A third of it is the same coral shade.
