Oh my god. It's a doll with comically round eyes and long eyelashes. I had to do this.

  • Cheetah (1 White)
  • 01 Holy Sprinkles (pink highlighter for shimmer)
  • black gel eyeliner
  • mascara

The only eyeshadow placement I knew was halo eyeshadow which I did not like. I never thought to put glitter on top of dark eyeshadow. I like this way better.

  • Black Sugar (all colors) – Finally I was able to give every shade the attention they deserve.
  • mascara

(src: tof4pple on Instagram) For some reason this is the picture accompanying the makeup trend called Aya Takano eyeshadow even though it doesn't seem to be by Aya Takano.

I thought I wouldn't like this look on me but fortunately the blue eyeshadow I have is more of a teal which goes on nicely on my warm olive skin tone.

  • Starry Sky (1 Lake, 6 Verdun, 9 Sky) – used Verdun and Sky for the eyeliner
  • black gel eyeliner
  • French Rose (blush) – I went heavy on the blush. The pink mauve shade went really nicely with the muted blue eyeshadow.
  • Café Au Lait and Clique – A light red lip suited the rest of the look. I think the shade I mixed up with these two shades looked a lot like Sweetener but more red than pink.

This combination of olive green, gold glitter and red accents reminded me of beetles! I keep accidentally recreating this look whenever I play with my Starry Sky palette.

  • Starry Sky (8 Cypress, 6 Verdun, 7 Altar, 2 Stardust, 9 Sky, 5 Moondust, 4 Vase + 3 Milk)
  • Cheetah (3 Bronze)

The blush on the nose is cute. Usually I look sick when I try this placement but it works sometimes.

  • Starry Sky (3 Milk, 6 Verdun, 9 Sky) – Milk for a light cold wash around the eyes, Verdun for darkening eyelid crease, Sky on entire lower lid.
  • black pencil eyeliner as a lip liner and Sky eyeshadow to draw mouth lines
  • Bad

I let loose on my eyebrows and shaped them like this doll's. It looks great.

Marnie Weber, The truth Speakers : Girl with Eggplant Dress and Burgundy trim (detail), 2009

I'm so obsessed with this piece. The bright red circle cheek blush is everything to me.

  • Starry Sky (3 Milk, 6 Verdun, 9 Sky) – I didn't have any more mascara so I couldn't do my lashes for some months. I went heavy on the eyeliner to compensate.
  • Cherry Dazzle – world's most mysterious red blush to me
  • dark and red lips, sometimes I'd switch to pink when I feel like I need to look less scary for a moment

This wasn't the image that spontaneously inspired me to make this look but this is essentially what I looked like. I was thinking of the white sparkly eyeshadow blythe doll while making it too.

I streamed doing my makeup in a Discord call with Meel and it was fun. I want to make fun little GRWM diary vlogs but I'm not confident at it yet, so this was my trial run.

  • Cheetah (1 White)
  • Starry Sky (7 Altar, 9 Sky)
  • Pink Haze on the cheeks and eyelids – I never realized how shiny this makes my face look until I looked at my reflection in natural light
  • pink or red lips

I don't like this anime boy but I have to give credit where it's due. He has a more naturally boxy eye shape which sometimes makes him appear sharp, but undergone magical girl transformation he gets red eyeshadow done on his eyes like this and I was like holy shit. I've been looking for a downturned eye shape eyeshadow tutorial since forever yet pretty much every tutorial only shows me how to uplift downturned eyes instead of creating that droopy look. This eyeshadow placement makes him look like he has a downturned puppy eye shape. The way his eyebrows are styled also help the innocent appearance. I've had my hunches of how the downturned eye is done albeit only theoretically since I never managed to make it work until I tried again after this revelation. So kudos. A bit unrelated but this anime boy just has great character design in general as well.

I've thought about this eyeshadow look on Miyako from Mai-chan's Daily Life: The Movie ever since I watched it with my friend Arkady. Extremely simple style anyway; I only like it because it appeared on Mai-chan lol

  • Starry Sky (3 Milk, 6 Verdun, 9 Sky, 5 Moondust)
  • Sumino (3 Zero, 4 Tide, 5 Moon)

Round dead eyes are something I'm really drawn to it seems. This time there's red under my entire lower eyelid.

No idea who this is, unfortunately.

Their eye shape is similar to mine. Kinda felt like republican makeup to me. Maybe I shouldn't have gone out wearing this.

@bberry.yyy on Instagram/Tiktok – "broken doll" seemingly inspired by Madra by NewDad

Just another blue eyeshadow look, very similar to the one I did before but different. I didn't do the broken part, just the doll.

There's no makeup visible on her but in my mind she's wearing this and I'm wearing it too because it's cute and she's the best. The look I'm referring to by the way only exists in my mind so you can't see it.

  • Nozomi & Takumi – I can choose either purple or gray and I like that I tend to use them together

Note: I'm not using every items on here. I'm just listing which ones I tend to use for this routine.

Other muses just to keep them here
